My name is Chenique and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 10 years of experience providing support to individuals and families in the Capital Region of New York State. My aim is to create a safe space for self-discovery, healing, and growth. I received my Bachelor’s in Social Work at The College of Saint Rose in Albany, New York and a Masters in Social Work from Springfield College in Springfield, Massachusetts.

I specialize in perinatal mental health and am skilled at supporting folks through various life transitions. I am certified in Perinatal Mental Health through Postpartum Support International and am passionate about helping folks navigate emotional wellbeing in all stages of their perinatal journey (family planning, pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting).
